Event/Recruiting Coordinator Consultant-Hybrid

As a Hybrid Event / Recruiting Coordinator on a long-term contract, you'll work closely with our University Recruiting team at Intuit.

Your outstanding people skills will be essential in crafting a seamless candidate experience. In this role, your ability to manage logistics will be key to ensuring that all events run smoothly and effectively.

Details :

Hybrid Role (2-3 Days a Week)

Candidate may reside in the Atlanta, San Diego ,Mountainview CA or New York NY area.

Key Responsibilities :

• Collaborate closely with the University Recruiting Team to identify effective locations for Career Events.
• Focus on coordinating event logistics with precision.
• Use local insights to brainstorm suitable venues for events.
• Attend and support job fairs, primarily at universities.
• Assist the recruiting team in scheduling interviews for various roles using Intuit's proprietary system.
• Maintain organization and efficiency at job fairs.
• Utilize a range of technical tools to ensure effective communication within the Talent Acquisition Team.
• Provide exceptional customer service to candidates during onsite and virtual events.
• Communicate clearly and concisely in both oral and written forms.
• Exhibit strong organizational skills, including effective time management and multitasking abilities.
• Preferred : 2+ years of experience in administrative support, event coordination, human resources, or customer service.

Pay Rate : 30-35 / hour
