We prepare delicious food which is the highlight of the exceptional dining experiences ESR is known for, and our Line Cooks are trained to work all stations and have excellent knife skills.
Caring about the details, expanding ingredient and menu knowledge, and fostering a positive learning mindset are key aspects of this position.

- Current Food Handler Card

- Have excellent knife skills and a strong understanding of basic cooking methods
