Supports our sales organization by creating, maintaining, and distributing high-quality sales enablement content. Ensures sales teams have the right materials to effectively engage with groups and brokers.
Collaborates with cross-functional teams, maintains content repositories, and contributes to our overall sales enablement strategy.
Responsibilities
Creates visually appealing, engaging and impactful sales enablement tools that resonate with both sales teams and clients (e.
g., supplementing SCR communications with market facing materials and adapting marketing content for product launches)
- Conveys complex information through clear and engaging visuals, in addition to clear written and verbal communication.
- Develops and maintains a suite of standard PowerPoint slides and presentations tailored for sales teams.
- Updates and maintains front end of SharePoint for communication and easy access to materials, ensuring it is user-friendly and aesthetically pleasing.
- Organizes content library on SharePoint, ensuring it is up-to-date and accessible to the correct audiences.
- Regularly reviews and updates documents, including hyperlinks and cross-references, to keep all sales materials current and accurate.
- Upholds and enforces brand standards across all materials.
- Builds and maintain collaborative relationships with key stakeholders in a hybrid environment.
- Works closely with Marketing and other internal stakeholders to stay informed about up-to-date product information
- Provides technical assistance when needed.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Qualifications
Education and Experience :
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Design or related field.
- 3-5 years of related experience
Technical Skills and Knowledge :
- Advanced graphic design skills (audio / video skills a plus) and familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud.
- Advanced Microsoft 365 skills, especially in PowerPoint and SharePoint.
- Basic coding skills (familiarity with HTML and CSS).
- Strong writing skills with a demonstrated command of grammar, spelling and sentence structure.
- Strong organization skills and understanding of content management practices.
