Job Summary
Under general supervision, this position requires a multi-faceted, multi- talented individual with knowledge of commercial finishes.
Drywall repair and finish, paint (brush, roll and spray).
Essential Functions :
- Drywall installation and repair
- Drywall finishing and Texture
- Commercial painting with an assortment of Paint types
Education :
High School Diploma or GED Required
Work Experience :
1-3 years experience in painting and dry wall required.
Licenses :
DLR-Colorado Driver's License Class R - DMV - Department of Motor Vehicles Required
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities :
- Physical ability to contain construction areas and carry out finish tasks relevant to a large healthcare institution
- Flexibility with regard to working all shifts necessary
