You Are

A Mulesoft Developer Lead with a keen eye for problem solving. You work with project teams to identify and analyze clients’ requirements and craft the right solution.

On top of this, you’ve got the interpersonal skills to build the right rapport with clients to get the project off the ground.

Organization is your forte. You prioritize multiple projects at once with aplomb and always deliver quality work on time.

The Work

  • Meet with clients to analyze their work practices and understand the nature of their businesses to accurately define needs and customize marketing solutions using Mulesoft.
  • Own the development of a strategic vision for project (product development, improvements, etc.) and embrace the criticality of gaining its adoption.
  • Make recommendations based on this analysis estimate work effort, lead project scoping (as the sole or primary Accenture Technology Salesforce team representative), determine required resources, set a realistic schedule, and build accurate communication and governance plans.
  • Maintain effective client relations and rapport - delivering timely and relevant information with the utmost concern for stakeholder and project impact.
  • Architect, design, and develop sophisticated customizations utilizing Mulesoft.

Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.

Here's what you need :

  • A minimum of 3 years of professional hands-on experience with MuleSoft development, including areas such as ESB Enterprise Edition, CloudHub, and / or API Management.
  • A minimum of 2 years of professional hands-on experience with competing vendors such as JBoss Fuse, IBM WebSphere, Oracle Fusion, etc.

OR a minimum of 2 years of coding experience in languages such as Java, C#, etc.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If Associate’s Degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience).

Bonus Points If :

  • 4 years of hands-on experience with competing vendors such as JBoss Fuse, IBM WebSphere, Oracle Fusion, etc. for comparison / differentiation purposes.
  • Prior experience working in areas of integration technology and driving new points of view and capabilities.
  • Experience with defining and creating methodologies, service offerings.
  • Experience in defining the following architecture aspects : Availability, Maintainability, Operability, Scalability, and Portability.
  • Prior experience in management methodologies (waterfall, agile, package, etc.), enterprise planning, estimation, and project management (single and multi-site).
  • Experience delivering end-to-end solutions.
  • Certified Mulesoft Associate Developer or Mulesoft Developer.
