Summary :

As a leader of Sales you will be working with our various internal Sales / Purchasing / Customer Service teams! You will primary be responsible for overseeing day-to-day Sales Operations.

Will be responsible for interaction with and managing the sales teams. You will develop and manage a sales team to promote growth and develop key airline and customer relationships.

We are looking to expand and need key Sales Leaders to help us grow! We offer various benefits and competitive salary.

Responsibilities :

As a member of our Sales some of your duties will include but are not limited to :

• Primarily responsible for overall sales development and function.
• Promote growth at DRIFT Aerospace
• Promote and induce different type of sales strategies and assist in the overall sales.
• Provide sales goals and objectives for sales teams.
• Manage and develop key airline and customer relationships.
• Manage and develop sales team including hiring / training / disciplining employees.

Basic / Minimum Experience :

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• College Degree
• Must be able to read and write English.
• Be organized and have the ability to work well within a team.
• Have reliable transportation.

Bonus / Preferred Requirements :

• Management Experience (1-2+ Years)
• Sales Experience
• Previous Aviation Experience

We specialize in components for major commercial airplanes such as Boeing and Airbus aircrafts. Our Sales department is always changing and we are looking for exciting people to be apart of our growing company.
