Painter Helper

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Painter Helper to join our team on the 2nd shift, from 4 : 00pm to 12 : 30am, with the possibility of 1-2 hours of overtime daily and occasional Saturday shifts.

You will assist in the production process of diamond blades and core bits used in construction, stone, and mining industries.

This role involves various tasks including dressing, packaging, painting, grinding, CET printing, and stamping. Flexibility and the ability to work well within a team to achieve production goals are essential.

Job Type

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 5 Month(s).

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Irvine, California.

Work Environment

The work environment includes a warehouse setting with erratic temperature control (hot in summer, cold in winter). It is subject to heat, cold, noise, dust, and other particles.

Employees must wear PPE including steel-toed shoes, safety glasses, respirator, apron, gloves, and glasses. The role involves frequent lifting of up to 35 lbs, standing / sitting for extended periods, and repetitive bending, reaching, and climbing.

The team comprises approximately 120 employees working across 1st and 2nd shifts.
