Role Overview :
We are seeking a dedicated Inside Sales Representative / Sheet Metal Estimator to enhance our sales and estimating team.
The role involves inside sales, customer relationship management, sales tracking, and project management for HVAC products and services.
This position reports to the inside sales manager.
Key Responsibilities :
- Maintain professional contact with customers throughout the sales process.
- Prepare quotes and contracts and respond to customer inquiries.
- Coordinate with other departments for timely customer service.
- Manage time effectively and meet all deadlines.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, emphasizing safety, customer focus, teamwork, and integrity.
Qualifications :
- High school diploma or GED equivalent; HVAC / Sheet Metal industry experience preferred.
- Minimum five years of commercial HVAC sales experience.
- Proven success in client acquisition, retention, and expansion.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, and Word.
Computer & Software Skills :
Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Note : The position requires a local candidate with a stable work history.
