WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR :

We are looking for a Community Manager to join our team at a community in (Santee, CA) . This position is Full-Time Hourly Full Benefits.

Pay Range : $24.00 - $30.00 / Hour Depending on Experience Housing Available

• You bring a minimum of 2-3 years of experience managing a conventional apartment community.
• You can perform professional level leadership and customer service skills.
• You can create and maintain financials, budgets, and reporting.
• You possess good communication skills both, verbal, and written.
• You have a passion for helping others.
• You have a strong knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• You have experience with property management software ideally in Yardi.
• You possess a valid driver’s license and proof of automobile liability insurance coverage.
