WHAT YOU'LL DO
As the Associate Clinical Supervisor, you will provide clinical and case management to behavior technicians and clients / families under the supervision of a BCBA.
The Associate clinical supervisor provides midlevel supervision over assigned cases. The Associate clinical supervisor may also hold a small Behavior Technician Caseload based on the clinical need of the company.
Here is what you can expect.
- Develop goals, programs, materials, and behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA.
- Oversee the work of behavior technicians and conducts quarterly competency reviews for direct reports.
- Provide ongoing individual program oversight and attend weekly supervision meetings with the program director.
- Ensure that appropriate behavioral data systems are implemented and that quantifiable behavioral data is collected at regular intervals to allow for the continual evaluation of behavior plans and the achievement of individual goals and objectives.
- The Associate clinical supervisor may also hold a small Behavior Technician Caseload based on the clinical need of the company
- Work Location : Client Home (High Desert), Treatment Center (Hesperia, CA), and may be required to drive up to 30 miles.

- An effective communicator in both verbal and written formats.
- Demonstrate excellent time management skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment.
- The discipline is to remain committed to achieving consistency in daily, monthly, and quarterly key performance activities and indicators necessary for success.
- Afternoon / Evening availability.
- Bilingual in Spanish is a preferred!
Experience Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- 1+ years of ABA experience
Education Requirements
At least 12 units completed in a related Master"s program (i.e., psychology, child development, Applied Behavior Analysis, etc.).
