We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated individual to join our team as a Senior Activation Manager to lead and manage an effective and efficient team and oversee all aspects associated with the implementation, activation, reporting and delivery of assigned marketing partnership agreements.
Responsible for the day-to-day management of select partnership accounts as well as the ability to identify and respond to changes in partner objectives as necessary. What Will You Do :
- Supervise activation team members to include but not limited to hiring, scheduling, distribution of work, train / develop talent, resolve issues and discipline when necessary.
- Directly supervise the activation of all elements included within assigned marketing partnership agreements to be compliant with contractual obligations
- Establish and maintain continued communication with key marketing and activation contacts to ensure a sound understanding of expectations for the marketing partnership
- Participate in strategic planning to meet partner goals / objectives and identify new and effective solution-based concepts to maximum partnership return on investment
- Establish and maintain continued communication / relationships with key partnership contacts to ensure expectations are being set for the partner / client
- Capture all partnership delivery in an accurate, organized and timely manner to be included in proof of performance reports as needed (e.
g. status meetings / updates, mid-season / end of season recaps)
Strategic execution of partnership assets across multiple platforms including but not limited to broadcast, signage, creative, marketing, in-game activations, digital, social, ticket sales / operations, VIP gameday and non-gameday events, social responsibility / charities
What We Need From Our Senior Activation Manager :
- Must have basic understanding of MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to problem solve
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to multi-task and handle a variety of responsibilities
Experience / Education Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree- BA / BS or equivalent experience
- 3-5 Years of Management Experience
- 3 - 5 Years of Partnership Management and Execution experience
