Job Description :
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate business development hunter and account manager for our Sr. Staffing Consultant position at CultureFit Technology.
The successful candidate will be adept in business development in regards to prospecting and maintaining existing relationships as well as consulting as a trusted expert in technology, the greater Chicagoland and national market.
You will be self-motivated with the ability to multitask, possess an entrepreneurial mindset, be solutions-oriented, and work in a real-time environment where priorities change regularly.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to :
- Creating a book of business from the ground floor includes cold calling, networking and getting your name along with the CultureFit name out in the marketplace
- Maintaining and developing past / present CultureFit client relationships
- Being the SME for clients as it relates to the IT staffing marketplace
- Consulting potential, past and current clients within technology and marketing staffing as it relates to hiring initiatives, timelines, budgets, what makes clients’ attractive to candidates and more
- Having knowledge and continuing to grow your knowledge base in technical sales and recruiting
