Associate Attorney to represent Condominium & Homeowner Associations in a fast-paced and well-established real estate firm.
From our office in Lake Mary, the attorney will represent our association clients throughout Florida.

Responsibilities
- Provide legal support to clients and assist attorneys.
- Maintain client relationships.
- Attend Board Meetings, Live & Zoom, Sometimes Evenings.
- Teach State Required Continuing Education Courses to Community Association Managers & Directors.
- Draft opinion letters.
- Review and negotiate contracts.
- Draft declarations, articles, bylaws, and amendments for associations.
- Represent associations in pre-suit mediations and draft settlement agreements.
- Represent associations in arbitration disputes before DBPR.
- Assist association clients in the enforcement of governing documents.
- Assist trial team in lawsuits for association clients.
Qualifications
- Admission to Florida Bar.
- Central Florida resident, within commuting distance to Lake Mary offices.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Strong Academic Record for Recent Graduates.
- Basic understanding of Chapters 718 and 720 Florida Statutes.
