- Our Tacoma, WA location is looking for a Full-Time Auto Mechanical Repair Associate!
- This is a Monday-Friday position with the shift of 6 : 30 am - 3 : 00 pm with opportunity of daily and weekend overtime!
Competitive pay at $27.72 per hour with annual increases per the Collective Bargaining Agreement!

Summary of Position :
This position is responsible for performing diagnosis, repair, replacement, and maintenance tasks as well as installation work in the Accessory Department.
Job Requirements :
- 2 to 4 years' experience on the job or college degree in automotive repair.
- 12th grade reading and writing skills.
- Computer skills.
- Follow directions, both written and verbal.
- Good visual ability.
- Positively represent AWC.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Understand Company and Customer requirements.
- Valid driver's license, good driving record, ability to drive manual transmission.
- Ability to read and understand SDS
Preferred Qualifications
- ASE Certified Master Technician.
- Engine Repair
- Automatic Trans / Transaxle.
- Manual Drive Train and Axles.
- Suspension and Steering.
- Electrical / Electrical Systems.
- Heating & Air Conditioning.
- Engine Performance
- Previous experience with KDS
