- Food Service Associate Duties Ability to perform all food service associate duties.
- Diet Office Software Assists in maintaining diet office software, as required.
- Sanitation Guidelines Follows sanitation guidelines of federal, state, local and HFAP regulatory agencies.
- Resolves Concerns Investigates, evaluates and resolves concerns of those we are privileged to serve.
- Management Collaboration Keeps the next level of management informed of significant developments.
- Performance Management Monitors the operations of a unit and provides input to the performance of individuals through feedback and recommendations.
- Cleaning & Maintenance Oversees the cleaning of food service areas.
- People Management Activities Participates in people management activities for unit team members such as performance evaluations, disciplinary actions, and interviews.
- Performance Management Performs the duties of acting supervisor in the supervisor’s absence.
Qualifications
