Tax Accountant – Northwest Houston – Oil & Gas
- One of the largest privately held independent oil & gas companies is looking for 1-2+ years of tax experience to join their corporate tax group
- Prepare income tax return work papers and federal and state income tax returns for S corporation, partnerships, and private foundation
- Prepare complex Excel spreadsheets, analyze source documents for book / tax differences, prepare information returns, and taxable income estimates monthly
- Calculate and analyze depreciation and depletion calculations
- Perform tax research
- Strong work / life balance
- 3 weeks of vacation plus additional sick days
