Responsibilities
Manage / Maintain Item System Data
- Oracle E-One & Agile Systems
- Develop standardized terminology for unique component description within our E-One System.
- Develop system for identification of obsolete components and develop a notification process for all where used BOMs.
- Manage follow through of obsoleted top-level products, ensuring all unique components are also obsoleted and scrapped as necessary.
- Manage and maintain new part number set-up accuracy.
- Maintain product routing accuracy.
- Manage and maintain system category codes.
- Manage Top Level Assembly revision control.
MRP / E-One Development
- E-One 9.2 potential upgrade & Company Deployment
- User screen development for purchasing / planning / Supply Chain functions.
- New E-One Module releases assist IT with definition and deployment.
- Electronic Data Interface - deployment for customer purchase orders (in) and buying purchase orders (out)
- Working with key stakeholders, define and outline any E-One upgrades to support key items in KJE 1 above.
E-One System Integration
- ERP Procurement, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Project Management & Configurator
- Review and analyze current system inputs and outcomes to determine key areas requiring improvement.
- Define process for parameter inputs for both customer and supplier data.
- Outline system integration between suppliers and customers with our systems.
- Streamline internal processes to drive cost efficiency.
Operations Forecasting / Order Promising
- Demantra System Management
- Upload current sales forecasting data into Demantra system.
- Maintain E-One data accuracy.
- Workload (E-One HB / HR Tables capacity modelling) to drive Efficiency & Utilization
- Order Promising
- Monthly Forecast accuracy reporting
- Operational and Sales data, forecast accuracy rolling 3 months.
System User Development & Training
- Develop Training programs for system users for daily activities, focused on improving overall knowledge, accuracy and efficiency :
- EOne
- Agile
- Demantra
Education
- Bachelor’s Degree in the following fields or equivalent experience
- Business, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial engineering, Computer science
Experience
- 5 - 7 years warehouse experience in a management role
- Understanding of MRP / ERP planning concepts
- Experience with MRP / ERP Systems, JD Edwards E-One preferred.
- Strong supervisory and communication skills
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills
- Excellent interpersonal, teambuilding, and influencing skills.
- Knowledge of inventory planning methods, root cause analysis, ABC logic, fixed and random location systems, and logistics.
- Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma (LSS) methodology and tools a plus
- Experience with 6S programs.
