Wells Fargo is seeking a Technology Business Systems Manager to join our Technology organization and be part of our Chief Technology Office (CTO).

As a Scrum Master Manager, you will manage and develop a team of Scrum Masters and Kanban Leads who are responsible for identifying and analyzing business needs, conducting requirement gathering, and defining scope and objectives for companywide / business systems integrated with technology development and infrastructure.

In this role, you will :

  • Manage and develop team of Scrum Masters and Kanban Leads in providing value focused education and leadership on the Agile and Product transformation within CTO
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and risk factors in key areas of technology risk including security, stability, and scalability
  • Make decisions and resolve issues regarding technology or related policies that may impact multiple lines of business
  • Interpret business requirements and provide in depth Agile & Product expertise and consultation to business and systems management
  • Identify, develop and implement plans and strategies to effectively manage organizational and behavioral changes focused on outcomes and sustainable value
  • Be a strategic partner to technology Product Managers and Product Owners to conduct evaluations and recommend appropriate application of Agile principles and modern engineering practices
  • Generate narratives, visualizations and / or summaries of information to enable senior leaders and stakeholders to draw meaningful conclusions and make informed decisions
  • Manage allocation of people and financial resources for Technology Business Systems
  • Mentor and guide talent development of direct reports and assist in hiring talent

Required Qualifications :

  • 4+ years of Technology Business Systems, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following : work experience, training, military experience, education
  • 2+ years Leadership experience

Desired Qualifications :

Strong Proficiency of PowerPoint, JIRA, Confluence, and Excel

  • Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
