We are looking for Senior Software Developer with unfettered curiosity and drive to help build best in the world support (contact center) experience that customers will love!

You will have an opportunity to lead, invent, and design tech that will directly impact every customer across all AWS services.

We are building industry-leading technology that cuts across a wide range of AI / ML techniques. You will be a key driver in designing and building live production system from AI / ML prototypes.

Sales, Marketing and Global Services (SMGS)

AWS Sales, Marketing, and Global Services (SMGS) is responsible for driving revenue, adoption, and growth from the largest and fastest growing small- and mid-market accounts to enterprise-level customers including public sector.

The AWS Global Support team interacts with leading companies and believes that world-class support is critical to customer success.

AWS Support also partners with a global list of customers that are building mission-critical applications on top of AWS services.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • 5+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
  • 5+ years of programming with at least one software programming language experience
  • 5+ years of leading design or architecture (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience
  • Bachelor's degree, or CSSLP (Certified Secure Software Lifecycle Professional)
  • Experience as a mentor, tech lead or leading an engineering team

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • 5+ years of full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations experience
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
