Responsibilities : Are you ready to dive into a world of forensic investigations, testing, and remedial projects? As our Building Envelope Project Manager, you'll be the mastermind behind it all.
From managing day-to-day project operations to writing reports and preparing repair designs, your expertise will shine through.
You'll also get your hands dirty (metaphorically speaking) with construction observation and testing, ensuring everything goes smoothly from start to finish.
And hey, why stop there? You'll even have the chance to flex your skills in the design-build realm.
Qualifications : We're looking for someone with a solid fifteen years of experience in building envelope consulting, with at least three of those years in a Project Manager role.
Communication skills? Check. Water penetration resistance testing? Double check. You've done it all, from bid services to construction phase management.
A bachelor's degree is a must, but if you've got the equivalent experience, we're all ears. Bonus points if you're an architect, professional engineer, or registered building envelope consultant, but hey, we're open-minded.
