Job Description :

As a Lead Generation Specialist at RAD Marketing Agency, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, generating qualified leads, and working closely with the sales team to build a strong sales pipeline.

You will play a crucial role in identifying opportunities for business development, nurturing relationships, and contributing to the overall success of the company.

Lead Generation Specialist Key Responsibilities :

  • Identify potential leads through face to face interactions within our partnered retailers.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, and interactions in our CRM system, ensuring an organized and up-to-date sales pipeline.
  • Work closely with the sales team to develop and execute effective lead generation strategies and hand off qualified leads.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify potential opportunities.
  • Track and report on lead generation activities and results, including key metrics like lead conversion rates and pipeline growth.

Qualifications :

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
