Pay Rate : $22 / Hr. to $23 / Hr. (DOE)
Working Days & Hours : Monday - Friday / 8 AM to 5 PM (OT & Saturday's as Needed)
Full Time Position
Essential Functions of the Role :
Assembly of micro-electronic and electro mechanical parts per J-STD and IPC 610 standards
Builds prototype and production assemblies from verbal , written directions, prototype and / or production documents
Performs a variety of tasks that uses soldering iron, crimpers, pliers, wrenches and other hand tools
May perform training and provide assistance to other co-workers.
Other duties as requested by management.
Key Competencies :
Motivated individual, fast learner and capable of working independently
Ability to multi-task and attention to detail
Understand manufacturing documentation (Bill of Materials, Assembly Drawings, Travelers)
Effective oral and written communication skills and able to work as part of a team
Knowledge in J-Std,IPC-610 Standards and ISO 9000
Have at least 5 years experience in microelectronics
Physical Requirements :
Must be able to lift up to 10 pounds
Must be able to sit for an extended period of time
Must be able to work using a microscope
