The Good Eating Company is seeking a dynamic individual for the role of General Manager to support our new business in San Jose, California.

The General Manager of food service will have total unit operating responsibilities including the supervision of the management team and all frontline staff with a focus on excellent customer experience.

The ideal candidate will have :

• Strong hospitality experience including solid financial acumen and deep understanding of farm-to-table dining
• Excellent multi-tasking skills to juggle different tasks
• Ability to build and mentor a solid team who share the same level of commitment and passion for hospitality : quality presentation, customer service, professionalism
• Diplomatic skills to work with customers and clients from around the world

We had the dream of bringing restaurant-quality food to onsite dining at a time when uninspiring sandwiches and soggy salads were typically on offer.
