Responsibilities :
- Provide oversight to the Chief Financial Officer on various tasks
- Manage accounting, investor reporting, and tax filings
- Prepare annual budgets and oversee lender reporting
- Supervise payroll, cash management, and treasury activities
- Analyze financial statements, assist with acquisitions, and implementprocess improvements
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting / Finance
- 10+ years of relevant accounting experience in real estate industry
- CPA designation preferred
- Experience with open-end fund reporting preferred
- General understanding of tax reporting and compliance
