We are hiring a Return Management Associate to support our RMA team.
Duties & Responsibilities :
- Coordinates service partners to provide quality and efficient service in return operations promptly
- Troubleshoots and resolves service providers' return operation and inventory issues
- Performs daily duties of sales orders processes, including monitoring and downloading daily transactions for the warehouse to complete daily processes
- Arrange and fulfill service providers' spare parts and materials demand for product repair and refurbishing
- Performs regular review of vendors' and service providers' invoices before submission to the manager for approval
- Reconciles inventory accuracy at service providers' locations
- Perform other related duties as required
Required Experience, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities :
- 2+ years of experience in inventory management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Applications such as Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Demonstrated effective communication skills, both verbal and written
Education :
Bachelor’s degree required : Business, Project Management, or a related field preferred
Compensation :
Based on experience, we offer a very competitive base salary plus bonus
