Job Description
CRB is seeking a Strategic Communications Manager to lead integrated internal and external communications initiatives that amplify our value proposition for life sciences and food & beverage clients. As part of our corporate communications team, you will report directly to the Strategic Communications Director and work closely with talented graphic design artists to bring ideas to life through compelling text, visuals, and animation.
This is a highly collaborative role with real autonomy to shape strategy and messaging. You'll have the opportunity to influence CRB's brand authority in the market and improve employee engagement across our 1,200+ team members delivering the right information at the right time to drive change.
You'll develop and deliver cohesive messaging across all major channels, from long-form content to social media strategy, ensuring that CRB's voice remains clear, credible, and consistent. Working with the Strategic Communications Director, you'll plan and execute integrated campaigns, strengthen brand positioning through proactive media pitching and content placement, and occasionally produce thought leadership pieces with subject matter experts.
This role maintains alignment with our Strategic Marketing team, ensuring all messaging supports CRB's growth goals and business priorities.
