POSITION SUMMARY

This is a high-impact role with a lot of excitement. You will have the opportunity to turn information into insights through analytics, data science, and experimentation and help the company achieve tremendous growth.

We have opportunities in a few areas such as growth, retention, customer experience, etc., and we will align you based on your interest and strength to our best.

The Palo Alto base salary range for this full-time position is $166,500 - $203,500 plus equity and benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.

This is a hybrid position in Palo Alto and will require in-office work 2 days a week.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Work closely with the product and engineering team to define key metrics and answer important questions.
• Conduct analysis and opportunity sizing to find opportunities for improvement and turn the hypothesis into actionable and well-designed experiments (A / B Testing).
• Identify KPIs and develop dashboards to monitor the metrics and show where we are now, whether we have achieved our goals, and why.
• Communicate results and influence stakeholders, be the trusted thought partner for the product, engineering, and leadership team.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• You have strong interpersonal skills and can work cross-functionally in teams consisting of product managers, engineers, and ML engineers.
• Communicate metrics and data clearly and able to translate analytical insights to business metrics.
• You have 3+ years of experience in product analytics / data science.
• You are an expert with SQL and experience with Python or R.
• Ability to think creatively and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, often ambiguous work environment.
• Experience designing, interpreting, and iterating on A / B tests. Practical knowledge of experimentation methodologies and frameworks.
• Experience with one or all of the following tools : Tableau, Databricks, Amplitude, and / or Optimizely.
• Experience creating offline ML models is a plus.
