At Locus Robotics, we are seeking a highly skilled Technical Project Manager to join our dynamic Advanced Products Group (APG).

As a forward-thinking team, APG focuses on leveraging emerging technologies and mapping out product opportunities with 2-4-year roadmaps.

This role is based out of our Wilmington, MA office.

Job Description

  • Orchestrate project resources, diligently planning, scoping, scheduling, and driving deliverables while managing budgets and timelines.
  • Collaborate closely with key stakeholders and partners to define project scope, strategy, budget, timeline, resources, and desired outcomes.
  • Identify and leverage appropriate internal and external expertise to achieve optimal results.
  • Foster strong collaboration with project sponsors, teams, and functional leaders to ensure the successful achievement of project goals.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including well-defined schedules, effective communication strategies, robust risk assessment and management techniques, resource schedules, and key milestones.
  • Skillfully resolve challenges and conflicts while adeptly managing competing priorities and reconciling diverse perspectives.
  • Maintain proactive and transparent communication with project partners, ensuring all individuals have access to the necessary information and resources to drive project success.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical discipline (EE, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering).
  • Proven track record of at least 5 years as a successful Technical Project Manager, leading teams within a technical product environment (Integrated Software and Hardware).
  • Proficiency in utilizing project management tools such as MS Project, Confluence / JIRA, or other relevant software is highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of the product development life cycle and the ability to navigate it efficiently.
  • Relevant industry experience in Logistics, eCommerce, Material Handling, Automation, or Robotics would be a significant advantage.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, globally oriented team environment.
