The Senior Administrative Assistant plays a pivotal role ensuring the seamless administrative operations of the Company.

This position is primarily responsible for general office support, encompassing reception duties, phone communications, coordination of catering orders, office maintenance requests, upkeep of common areas, support for company events and other duties as assigned.

The role reports to and provides backup assistance to the Executive Assistant in aiding various C-level and mid-level leaders in administrative support tasks when necessary, including calendaring, travel arrangements, expense reconciliation, project assistance, catering, meeting support and basic support of executives allowing them to focus on their most important tasks.

Location will be in the West Sacramento office with requiring travel to our Woodland Plant.

Working hours will be Monday-Friday 8am-5pm

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

  • Uphold the highest level of professionalism and confidentiality in handling staff interactions, projects, and sensitive information.
  • Manage security badge creation / modification and maintain seat-mapping systems for the West Sacramento and Woodland offices.
  • Coordinate daily lunches and / or catering arrangements for meetings and events (both large and small) ensuring timely setup and takedown.
  • Proactively participate in general office operations, including answering calls, welcoming and directing visitors, and maintaining the professional appearance of common areas.
  • Liaise with Facilities Management to ensure office functionality, building maintenance, vendor management, and logistical support.
  • Maintain orderliness of conference and storage rooms
  • Provide calendar management and expense reconciliation as assigned.
  • Support departmental projects and initiatives, including internal communications, social media postings, and data entry.
  • Partner with colleagues to manage the maintenance of some company vehicles.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Experience and Education :

3+ years of experience in a similar support role
