Job Title : Financial Coordinator

Job Location : Bolingbrook, IL 60440; Hybrid (Must be local and able to come onsite at least 6x / month)

Contract Duration : 6 months position with the possibility to be extended

Position Summary :

We are looking for a collaborative team player to support the tactical execution of a Retail Media Network. This role requires a strong communicator, a self-starter, and someone who excels at driving efficiency.

The Financial Coordinator will spearhead financial processes and manage the team’s sales record system, Salesforce.

This role will work closely with the Sales and Account Management teams, while collaborating with internal teams (e.g., Finance).

The ideal candidate is an enterprise thinker who seeks to improve processes and isn’t afraid to identify areas of opportunity.

Core Job Responsibilities :

  • Manage the monthly financial forecasting process by collaborating with the sales team on revenue goals.
  • Lead the contracting process with brand partners to bill media campaigns accurately and efficiently.
  • Assist with the development, roll-out, and day-to-day support of Salesforce for the sales team.
  • Maintain organization across internal tools such as Salesforce, Advendio, Monday.com, and SharePoint.
  • Partner across the organization to compile data and identify / solve billing discrepancies.
  • Pull reporting to help with business development and identify areas of opportunity for the sales team.

Requirements for Consideration :

  • BA / BS in Marketing or Business Administration.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a client services or finance and billing-related role.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word; Salesforce experience is a plus.
  • High attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
  • Advanced problem-solving skills.
  • Experience working effectively in a team atmosphere as well as independently.
  • Ability to work under time constraints and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.

Required Proficiency :

  • Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word).
  • Salesforce experience is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
