Bank Compliance Manager Required Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in business
- Minimum three years of lending compliance experience
- Proficiency in various regulations, including Flood Insurance, Fair Credit Reporting Act, Appraisal Rules (Regulation B), Fair Debt Collection Practice Act, Truth-in-Lending Act and Regulation Z, BSA, and Fair Lending laws such as Equal Credit Opportunity Act and Regulation B, Military Lending Act, and Servicemember Civil Relief Act
- Minimum three years of supervisory experience
- Strong knowledge of the banking industry and retail services
