Job Requirements : Experience :

Experience :

A minimum of one year in a customer service role.

Language Skills :

Bilingual proficiency is required, reflecting our commitment to meeting diverse client needs.

Technical Proficiency :

Demonstrate Microsoft Office proficiency (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.).

Education :

High School diploma.

Health Insurance Knowledge :

While not mandatory, familiarity with health insurance carriers is preferred.
