We are seeking a Physical Therapist who is compassionate and dedicated for our established and reputable home health team.

Physical Therapist Benefits :

• $85 per visit plus flexible schedules!
• Assigned clients conveniently located near you!
• Work 10-20 hours per week
• Insurance (life and health), PTO
• Mileage reimbursement

Physical Therapist Requirements :

• Current Colorado State license as a Physical Therapist
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Home care and elderly / senior care experience required
• Strong communication skills
• Valid Driver's License

Physical Therapist Duties :

• Assess and develop individualized treatment plans
• Train and educate patients, family members and caregivers
• Encourage patients throughout their treatment to improve health, well-being, and quality of life
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
