Can sit in West Des Moines or Phoenix Must be hybrid 3 days ONSITE - 3 days a week in the office is mandatory .
Team is more business / operations KYC (Know-your-customer) focused vs. IT.
Ability to interpret Policy and Procedures effectively - Strong Quality Control Skills
Skills :
Customer Service oriented, strong attention to detail, excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to effectively communicate with all senior managers, accurate and detailed Documentation (Where they are with each and every case - any time they have spoken to a client must be documented), they need people who want to understand the business in its entirety.
Need individuals ideally with experience in Compliance, Risk, Regulatory environments- as they work along this is not just an administrative job - need people to understand what isn't working and challenges that could present themselves.
