We are currently seeking a Scrum Master to join our team in King Of Prussia, Pennsylvania (US-PA), United States (US).

Role Responsibilities / Accountabilities :

• Plan and manage scrum / scrum of scrums running in parallel working with the various teams in planning and execution of projects.
• Identify resolutions for project issues and the mitigation of identified risks. Ability to communicate to key stakeholders.
• Monitor and report out of overall project status and cross-team dependencies. Take corrective actions as needed.
• Work with stakeholders to manage and execute User Acceptance Testing.
• Interact with Business & Technical Leads, Data Architects, other leads, team members, Sr. Implementation Managers as required to support the projects.
• Analytical and diagnostic skills with the ability to analyze technical and business issues and provide resolution options.
• Leverage background and experience to develop new and / or revise existing solutions and approaches.
• Work in multi-vendor partner environment.
• As appropriate, deliver regular management updates or large-scale presentations to key stakeholders.

Basic Qualifications :

• 8+ years overall experience
• 5 years as a Scrum Master
• Extensive experience in design, development, test, and implementation of large scale business and technology integration initiatives supporting domestic and global investment processing services applications and systems
• Agile methodology leading Scrum / Scrum of Scrums
• Prioritization of multiple tasks, interface among multiple project personnel, assessing risk, all forms of communication, and self and team motivation
• Matrix organization with distributed teams
• Managing delivery / implementation team

Education :

Bachelor of Science in Engineering or Computer Science or applicable experience
