The Ridge Foothill is searching for reliable and dependable full-time certified nursing assistants / CNA / caregivers to join our Care Team! We have a full-time opening on our 6am-2pm shift , one on our 2pm 10pm shift and one for our 10pm - 6am shift.

Available shifts are Sunday-Thursday and Thursday - Monday. These positions will support both our Assisted Living and our Memory Support neighborhoods.

For qualified candidates (dependable, reliable, service-minded and compassionate), we will pay for your CNA education and certification.

Responsibilities of a Certified Nursing Assistant / CNA / Caregiver at The Ridge Foothill

• Provide resident-centered personal care.
• Assist residents in transferring, repositioning and walking.
• Deliver a positive dining experience.
• Document resident care and behavior.

Qualification for a Certified Nursing Assistant / CNA / Caregiver at The Ridge Foothill

• Possess a valid CNA certification.
• Dedication to and passion to serve seniors with 5-star customer service skills.
• Positive attitude, the flexibility to perform various duties in service to the residents.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Willingness to come to work when scheduled and on time.
• Previous experience working with seniors preferred.
• High school graduate or general equivalency diploma (GED) preferred, but not required.
