Your Impact :
- Be the first point of contact for potential clients, setting the tone for their financial journey
- Transform warm leads into excited prospects through engaging phone and text conversations
- Hit the ground running with 50+ daily contacts and 30+ meaningful conversations
- Use our time-tested script to qualify leads and schedule 30+ appointments weekly
- Maintain meticulous records in our CRM, ensuring seamless client experiences

- You have a stable work history with no more than 2 job changes in the past 5 years
- Your recent 2+ years of phone experience has honed your communication skills
- You're comfortable managing 30+ daily phone conversations and 5+ hours of talk time
- You have a track record of meeting and exceeding performance metrics
- CRM data entry and pipeline management are second nature to you
- Your extroverted personality shines through in every call
- You're always eager to learn and quick to implement feedback
Key Performance Expectations :
- Convert 50% of leads into meaningful conversations
- Maintain a 54% appointment show rate
- Generate $172 value per lead
- Engage in 5+ hours of quality phone time daily
