In this role, you will collaborate closely with the accounting team and system users to enhance their operational use of various financial systems, including Concur, Transact, TicketsWest, Imodules, and PayPal.

Key Responsibilities :

• Partner with departments across campus to optimize and enhance financial system configurations.
• Perform ongoing maintenance, configuration, and daily support for financial systems.
• Lead future improvements and integration projects to ensure system efficiency and effectiveness.
• Serve as a subject matter expert for financial systems, configurations, processes, and internal controls.
• Ensure compliance with Payment Card Industry (PCI) standards and best practices.
• Provide training and support to users to enhance system utilization and efficiency.
