Customer Service Clerk Job Description :
PrideStaff is partnering with a local logistics company in search of a Customer Service Clerk to join their growing team.
The Customer Service Clerk will provide excellent telephone and email support to customers and clients regarding concerns or complaints and direct them to the appropriate individuals in a timely manner.
The ideal Customer Service Clerk has experience in a fast paced office setting dealing with customers, juggling multiple tasks, meeting deadlines, as well as exhibiting excellent customer service and communication skills.
The Customer Service Clerk position is a full-time, temp to hire position in Reno, NV.
Customer Service Clerk Job Responsibilities :
Answer Multi-Line Phone Systems & Assist Customers
Direct Calls to The Correct Department
Exhibit Excellent Communication Skills Both Written & Orally
Establish & Maintain Files in File System in an Orderly Manner
Process Documents in Accordance With Established Procedures & Check For Accuracy & Completion
Communicate Clients Needs, Concerns, & Deliver Information to Team Members in a Timely Manner
Excellent Prioritizing of Work Assignments & Demonstrates Superb Problem-Solving Skills
Understands Procedures & Responds Using Database Systems to Respond to Requests For Internal Reports & Information
Performs Additional Office Duties as Needed
Customer Service Clerk Job Requirements & Working Conditions :
High School Diploma or Equivalent Required
1+ Year of Customer Service Office Skills Required
Excellent Computer Knowledge & Software Programs Such as MS Office
Demonstrates Excellent Communication Skills Both Written & Verbal
Excellent Multi-Tasking & Problem Solving Skills Required
