Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact between technicians and customers, ensuring clear communication and customer satisfaction.
- Manage service schedules, work orders, and provide accurate estimates and timelines to customers.
- Maintain a detailed understanding of current automotive technology and service offerings.

Qualifications That Make You Stand Out
- Experience in an automotive service advisory role is highly preferred.
- Strong foundation in automotive knowledge, with a willingness to keep learning.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
- High school diploma or equivalent; automotive certifications are a plus.
Salary Range : $50,000-$90,000 based on experience and sales performance.
