Role Title : Platform Administrator Microsoft Azure / Power Platform Senior

Location : Springfield, IL - Hybrid

Job Description :

The Senior Platform Administrator will lead the configuration, maintenance, and optimization of Microsoft Azure, Power Platform, and Dynamics environments to ensure seamless operations and data security.

Responsibilities include managing complex Power Platform and Dynamics 365 environments, designing, and implementing advanced security measures, and ensuring compliance with industry standards.

The position also requires mentoring junior staff, creating training programs, and overseeing resource utilization in Azure for capacity planning and performance optimization.

Additionally, the role involves designing integration architectures and managing backup and disaster recovery plans to maintain business continuity.

Required Technical Skills

• Advanced expertise in multiple operating systems and cloud platforms.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, or related field (preferred); master's degree or equivalent experience is a plus.
• Proven experience as a Senior Platform Administrator managing enterprise-level Azure, Power Platform, and Dynamics environments.
• Skilled in Azure Resource Manager, Azure Active Directory, and Azure Governance, supporting strategic decisions.
• Strong knowledge of Power Platform and Dynamics 365, including advanced customization and configuration.

Additional Skills

• Advanced Azure certifications (e.g., AZ-104, AZ-500, AZ-900, or higher).
• Expertise in Power Platform administration with PowerShell scripting, API integration, and administration using the Power Platform admin center.
• Strong experience in designing and managing highly customized Dynamics 365 solutions for large-scale organizations.
• Proficiency in cloud cost management and security frameworks for enterprise environments.
• Excellent communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams and senior management on strategic initiatives
