About the Role
The Marketing Operations Manager provides project management and organizational & operations reporting to the Director, HCP Marketing.
This role will support to the Marketing function across CONTRAVE and ONZETRA brands. This position provides project management support across the function and works collaboratively with the marketing and sales teams.
This position requires someone who is detail-oriented and timely with an 'all hands in' attitude.
Responsibilities
- Provides project management direction across the marketing function and its stakeholders including but not limited to promotional materials review process, vendor management, and contract review / setup.
- Acts as a liaison between the marketing and sales teams in the coordination and distribution of marketing tactics and materials.
- Provides marketing team with logistics and execution of trainings, conference activities, symposia, and other special events as needed.
- Manages print and fulfillment quotes, proof review, and ordering and ensures marketing material inventory remains stocked.
- Develops and maintains sales enablement content repository. Ensures most recent and approved marketing materials are synchronized across internal and external systems.
- Onboards new sales reps including initial trainings and certification deployments.
- Partners with cross-functional team to maintain training platform, deploy trainings to sales team, and troubleshoot issues.
- Maintains project status tracker of active and planned marketing programs including budget. Ensures all relevant stakeholders are aligned.
- Manage requests from cross-functional partners when Marketing team support is needed, including meeting scheduling, follow-up and project close out.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree required
- 5-7+ years of relevant experience
- Team player, collaborative, with a focus on initiative and problem-solving
- Demonstrated ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, strong attention to detail and organizational / planning skills.
- Proactive, results-oriented, hard-working, self-starter motivated by challenging initiatives
- Employ excellent interpersonal and communication skills both written and verbal
- Customer service oriented providing prompt feedback and assistance Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite : Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
- CRM experience is a plus
