Conduct regular safety audits and training sessions to maintain a safe working environment. Lead incident investigations related to maintenance activities, identifying corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
Manage the maintenance budget, including labor, materials, and equipment costs. Prepare and present regular reports on maintenance performance, including downtime analysis, cost tracking, and equipment reliability metrics.
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of maintenance technicians, fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.
High School Diploma or GED 3+ years of experience in maintenance management within a manufacturing environment such as assembly lines and stamping presses.
2+ years of leadership experience, managing large teams of maintenance personnel. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Maintenance Management Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and develop actionable strategies.
Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and influence others. Proficient in using maintenance management software and tools.
