Pay rate : $25 / hr on W2
Position Summary :
The Patient Services Representative II (PSR II) is the face of our company, responsible for providing a compassionate and efficient experience for patients seeking routine health screenings or critical diagnostic testing. This role involves collecting high-quality blood specimens, preparing them for laboratory analysis, and ensuring patients feel safe, informed, and cared for throughout the process.
The PSR II demonstrates leadership behaviors , process excellence, and strict attention to patient confidentiality and data accuracy. This position may be assigned to a Patient Service Center (PSC) , doctor's office , or other locations based on business needs.
Primary Responsibilities :
- Perform daily tasks accurately and efficiently under the direction of the area supervisor.
- Create a safe, clean, and professional environment for patients and coworkers.
- Execute clinical and forensic specimen collection confidently and in accordance with protocols.
- Accurately verify patient demographics and confirm labeling in the presence of the patient post-venipuncture.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Uphold and promote a positive organizational image to patients, clients, and the public.
- Demonstrate sensitivity to patient confidentiality and privacy at all times.

Required :High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience :
Required :Minimum 3 years of phlebotomy experience , including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections
Other Details :
Training locations may vary based on trainer availability.Assignments may include Patient Service Centers , In-Office Phlebotomy , or doctor's offices .Must be comfortable working in multiple locations as needed.
