Job Summary
Greet and seats guest in the entertainment venue ensuring 4-diamond service while complying with maximum capacity safety guidelines.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Greet all event participants and guests with exemplary guest service.
- Maintain knowledge of admittance restrictions and inform all entering guests.
- Provide general information regarding events and venue.
- Assist all event guests with locating their seat whether reserved or general and maintain the proper flow of pedestrian traffic within the event area.
- Performs other job related duties as assigned.

Must possess excellent business sense and high professional ethics. Must possess a high regard for guest service and team member relations.
EDUCATION and / or EXPERIENCE :
High School diploma or GED required, plus previous customer service experience. Previous experience in an entertainment venue such as a box office, theater or concert hall / stadium preferred.
LICENSES, CERTIFICATES & REGISTRATIONS :
Must undergo and successfully pass a background investigation to obtain and maintain a gaming license issued by the Morongo Gaming Agency.
LANGUAGE SKILLS :
Must be able to read, write & speak English. Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals.
Must have the ability to write routine reports and correspondence and to speak effectively with guests or team members of organization.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS :
Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals.
REASONING ABILITY :
Must have the ability to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form and have the judgment to decide which procedures
