Real Estate Assistant - Notary License Required
We're looking for an in-office Real Estate Assistant in Scottsdale to assist the Executive in our house-flipping company.
It is a rapidly growing start-up with A LOT going on!
The assistant must have a notary license. Daily tasks include :
- Notarising Real Estate documents
- Sending mail
- Tracking Executive's time
- Taking phone calls / emails from vendors
- Administrative calls
Ready to hire immediately.
Compensation : $50,000

Responsibilities :
- Talking to Real Estate Agents
- Gathering data on properties
- Compiling reports
- Organizing vendors for properties
- Research projects
Qualifications :
- Previous experience in the real estate industry
- Candidates are required to have a high school diploma or GED
- Communicates well, both verbally and written
- Notary license
