State Licensed Insurance Manager

A company is looking for a State Manager.

Key Responsibilities

Develop strategies for state product launches, including regulatory filings

Research state regulations and provide compliance recommendations

Analyze competitor offerings and collaborate with cross-functional teams for operational changes

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's Degree in a related field preferred

3+ years of experience in managing personal lines insurance product performance

1+ years of experience managing direct reports or resources in a matrixed team preferred

Knowledge of personal auto insurance, including policy, underwriting, and pricing

Interest in pursuing or attainment of an actuarial or industry designation is a plus
