Hull & Company, LLC is seeking an Entry Level Insurance Clerk for its growing team in Dallas Texas.

To efficiently administer and be responsible for all duties associated with policy processing, including sufficient familiarity and knowledge of department operations to a degree that will expedite workflow through the office.

This position requires attention to detail, communication with Account Executives and assistants and sufficient control and discipline to insure a high degree of accuracy within the systems.

WHAT YOU'LL DO :

• Receives and reviews brokerage policies from carrier. Verifying required information
• Prepare policies for delivery to retail Agent by applying required stamps & correspondence
• Independently handle policy issuance, policy logs, responsibility of policies to company.
• Review Binding polices in policy files and deliver to agents.
• Assist in mail transmittal to companies or producers as required.
• pull suspense as needed, keeping them current and in good order
• Issue and distribute certificates, forms and other materials as required with guidance from the Account Executive or Account Executive Assistant
• Communicate with producers on basic issues with form letters to secure required documentation.
• Refer to Department Manager or Account Executive where additional counsel is required to affect a timely and proper handling.
• Become thoroughly familiar with use of Outlook, PIPS, Word Processing
• Performs related duties as needed or assigned, such as filing, photocopying, imaging and collating.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED :

• 2 years' experience as a Processor or comparable position.
• Ability to learn multiple computer systems for processing information.
• Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism.
