The Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining optimal resident experience, property performance and presentation.

As a member of Property Management, Buckingham offers a total compensation package with competitive market salary, commission- and performance-based incentives, paid time off and comprehensive company-sponsored benefits.
Qualified candidates must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. consistently, have reliable transportation and availability for 24-hour, on-call maintenance upon schedule.
Additionally, qualified candidates must carry an owned smartphone device (cell phone reimbursement will be awarded).
Responsibilities :
As Maintenance Technician , you are responsible for all daily repairs and maintenance of the apartment community. You will perform services needed for HVAC systems, electrical / mechanical systems, plumbing, grounds, structural elements, mechanical equipment and refurbishment of apartments.
A strong candidate is one with a high degree of accountability and ownership, excellent time management skills and internal and external customer service.
