Duties :

Performs research activities and other tasks as necessary in a laboratory environment.

Records observations and measurements and reports results.

Responsible for cleaning, disinfecting, and maintaining cleanrooms and equipment.

Assists with receipt and inspection of raw materials, and ordering and stocking of materials and equipment.

Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures.

Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.

Performs a variety of tasks.

May lead and direct the work of others.

A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.

Typically reports to a supervisor or manager.

Experienced Optimise the manufacturing and logistics infrastructure and coordinate para-professionals providing entry level support.

Production Supervise and coordinate on the manufacturing of active ingredients and intermediates into raw materials including guiding and assisting more junior employees.

Operate and troubleshoot escalated issues for various formulating equipment.

Perform routine and non-routine operations safely and efficiently.

Execute all phases of crop protection or seed production for , small seeded vegetables, broccoli, cauliflower, celery, squash, to ensure a high quality, reliable, and timely supply is delivered to the facility.

Coordinate third party cleaning vendors, off-site inventory management and communication of scheduling, priorities and shipping needs between stakeholders, and work with specialists to test / implement new production concepts.

Supply Provide logistics and order management support to clients, including order management & distribution related transactions, including recommending modifications to be made to the processes to ensure optimisation.
